Sue Crawford

Managing Director

Sue holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and has a strong ER/IR focus. She is accredited in both Behavioural Event Selection System and DDI Targetted Selection, and has extensive experience in recruiting and selection. 

Sue is a current member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and holds TAA Certificate IV. 

Sue has extensive experience as a Senior Human Resource Management generalist and has worked in several blue chip Australian companies in the oil, agribusiness and financial sectors, as well as an international consulting firm. 

Sue has worked with a cross section of national, public and private sector clients on issues including organisational review, selection systems, performance management system design, diversity, policy development and general organisational development issues.

Sharon Kaibel

Senior Consultant

Sharon Kaibel is a Corporate Trainer, Facilitator and Conference Speaker specialising in Leadership and People Skills development.

With over 17 years consulting and training experience, Sharon is a Certified Practicing Manager, an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Certified Speaking Professional with the National Speakers Association (an international qualification held by only 7% of professional speakers worldwide), a past President of the National Speakers Association of Australia (SA), and is a TAA accredited Workplace Trainer and Assessor. Sharon is a licensed behavioural styles practitioner, and a certified program leader in Project Management and Problem Solving and Decision Making.

Sharon understands business and she understands people.  An engaging communicator, Sharon is highly professional, imaginative and inspirational, and has the ability to create change in people with improvements immediately noticeable in the workplace.

With a business, sales and management background, Sharon has an impressive client list including both corporate and government; from automotive, finance and insurance, manufacturing, medical/pharmaceutical, real estate and telecommunications.

Sharon is also an experienced instructional designer, and has consulted in setting up e-Learning frameworks and blended learning strategies

Karola Laventure

Consultant

Karola holds an Associate Diploma in Accounting, A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104), A Certificate IV in Frontline Management, and A Certificate IV in Business (Small Business Management). She is a member of the Flexible Learning Leaders network and SAWAN (South Australian Work Place assessors' network).

Karola brings with her 5 years of Vocational Education and Training industry experience, much of which has been gained with our partner Leapfrog, working closely with our facilitators to design and develop training materials, assessments and course content as well as to upfront training delivery and assessment.

Prior to joining Right Turn, Karola worked within VET, the finance, internet and real estate industries, where she gained valuable training experience.  Karola is a former Australian Volleyball player and brings her team values to her role at Right Turn

She is accredited to facilitate DiSC behavioural instruments.  Karola also serves on the Edwardstown Primary School Council where she is instrumental in volleyball skills training and active in promoting healthy choices for primary students.

Karola’s areas of expertise are; online learning, knowledge and information management and is passionate about education and training within the VET sector.  Karola is a Registered Training Organisation expert.
